Conception[]

The Caesar-class Mega-Destroyer was originally thought of afte the success of the Kyoto-class Ultra-battleship and the Hindenburg-class Super-carrier. Havig some of the first rocket launchers it can triumph over larger ships with fast attacks and speed. However, its 3 inch steel armor can easily be broken, thus dooming it. This was a major reason why the Italian invasion of Saudi Arabia failed, the commanders thinking they could neutralize shore batteries with rockets that had never been fully tested.
